If you want to learn another language other than your language, then you need an environment of that language to learn it.

That is to say, if you go from your country to another country, then the language there is not understandable. It feels very bad.

If you want to avoid it, why should it be so that we also already know the language there. So to learn the language of another country, first of all we have to live in that environment.

If we get the atmosphere of that language, then we will be able to learn that language.

Suppose for example. You want to learn English. And you are from Hindi medium. So you will need English environment. You must speak broken English first. You will not know English until you start speaking English. If you start speaking your English only with broken English, you can still learn this language easily. 
Well this was an example. If you are a resident of any country, you can learn any language other than the language of your country in this way.
Everyone outside their country wants to know. But he hesitates, how will I be there. How will I talk to the people there. I do not know the language there.
 If every person thinks so, then he has to eradicate this fear that comes in his mind. And the country it wants to go, has to learn its language.
