वारेन बुफेट का एक दोस्त है जो माइक्रोसॉफ्ट कंपनी में वह करता है ,जो सेन्ट्रल यूएसए के एक शहर निब्रास का में रहता है उसने एक बार वारेन बुफेट को एक मेल किया। की तुम इतने अच्छे बिजनेस आईडियाज रखने वाले शख्स हो तो माइक्रोसॉफ्ट क्यों नहीं ज्वाइन कर लेते ।तब वारेन बुफेट ने उस मेल का रिप्लाई दिया यह उनका पहला और आखरी मेंव था। इसके बाद उन्होंने किसी को मेल नहीं किया क्योंकि उन्होंने इस मेल में माइक्रोसॉफ्ट की तुलना निब्रास की फुटबॉल टीम के साथ कर दी थी। जो कि उस समय की सबसे बेकार टीम की और इसके अलावा वारेन बुफेट ने और कहीं कारण बताएं जिनकी वजह से वह माइक्रोसॉफ्ट में इन्वेस्ट नहीं करते हैं माइक्रोसॉफ्ट का स्टॉक नहींं खरीदते हैं। 1 दिन ऐसा हुआ कि वहां की सरकार ने वारेन बुफेट द्वारा किए गए इस मेल को ट्रैक कर लिया फिर होना क्या था वहां की सरकार ने वह मेल वहां के अखबार में छपवा दिया जब वारेन बुफेट को यहां पता चला तो उन्हें बहुत धक्का लगा उन्हें इस बात की चिंता नहीं थी कि उन्होंने माइक्रोसॉफ्ट की निंदा की है पर उनको यह डर सताने लगा कि मैंने माइक्रोसॉफ्ट कंपनी की निंदा की सरकार भी मेरे विरोध में है कहीं मुझे घर छोड़ना ना पड़ जाए कोई हमें उनकी जिंदगी का आखरी मिलता और पहला भी था इसके बाद उन्होंने कभी भी किसी को मेल नहीं किया।

एक बार वारेन बुफेट ने एक कंपनी का स्टॉक खरीदा जब उनकी उम्र 11 साल की थी। उन्होंने 11 साल की उम्र में वह स्टॉक $38 में खरीदा इसमें उनकी हेल्प उनके पिता ने की थी लेकिन कुछ दिनों बाद स्टॉक के रेट्स नीचे गिरने लगे। इससे उनको बहुत धक्का लगा और वह निराश हो गए उन्होंने कुछ समय वेट किया तो फिर स्टॉक का रेट बढ़ कर $40 हो गया तब उन्होंने अपना वॉइस टॉप भेज दिया लेकिन कुछ समय बाद ही उन्हें पता चला कि स्टॉक का रेट $40 से बढ़कर अब $200 हो गए हैं तब उन्हें बड़ा झटका लगा की जिस स्टॉक से बहुत से पैसे कमाए जा सकते थे उससे उन्होंने कि सिर्फ $2 ही कमाए। फिर उनकी लाइफ का एक रोल बन गया कि जल्दबाजी किसी बात की ठीक नहीं होती खासकर बिजनेस में। क्योंकि एकदम से अच्छे वाले नहीं बन सकते हो उसमें स्टेप बाय स्टेप चलना पड़ता है।

3) एक अच्छी स्पीच के लिए यह भी जरूरी है कि वक्ता की बोली में धन कार हो क्योंकि जब तक वक्ता अच्छे से नहीं बोलेगा तब तक भाषण का आनंद नहीं आएगा चाहे भाषण जितना भी अच्छा लिख दिया जाए परंतु उसको अच्छा बनाना वक्ता पर भी निर्भर करता है तो वक्ता को भी अपनी सहज सरल और भाषण में जो गुण निहित है उसी के फल स्वरूप भाषण की शुरुआत और अंत भी उसी तरह से होना चाहिए।

कुछ लोग ऐसे होते हैं जिनको सुनने के लिए श्रोता गण दूर-दूर से आते हैं और सुनने के लिए मरते हैं। एक अच्छी सी स्पीच हो तो सुनने का आनंद ही कुछ और होता है। 

For Example:- उदाहरण के लिए हमारे स्वामी विवेकानंद जी को ले लेते हैं जब शिकागो में विश्व धर्म सम्मेलन हो रहा था तब वहां हमारे स्वामी जी को स्पेशली मंच पर बुलाया गया और अपनी स्पीच देने को कहा और वहां उन्होंने ऐसी स्पीच दी अपनी ऐसी स्पीच दी की लोग सुनते रह गए। उन्होंने सबका सम्मान करते हुए और किसी की भी भावनाओं को ठेस नहीं पहुंचाते हुए अपनी स्पीच दी। वहां उनको बहुत दूर-दूर से सुनने के लिए लोग आए। क्योंकि उनका व्यक्तित्व ही कुछ ऐसा ही था की उनको सुनने के लिए लोग तरसते थे।
